I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Russ ward auto body & painting! My 2026 Mercedes GLE needed some work, and I was so impressed with how quickly they got it done. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but the quality of the work was top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for efficient and excellent auto service!

I had a great experience with Russ Ward Auto Body. From beginning to end, the team kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything easy to understand. When I picked up my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The truck looks immaculate — the paint match, bodywork, fit and finish all came out excellent, and honestly it looks like the accident never happened. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication throughout the entire process. Thank you to Charlene & Stephanie and the entire Russ Ward team for taking such good care of my truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality body shop.

Five stars, no question. After a fender bender in my Kia EV6, I took it to Russ Ward Autobody. Char and her team were outstanding. Trust was established from the very first call. Char knows this industry and it is apparent when you first talk to her. They arranged a rental, communicated consistently throughout the entire process, and returned my car in two weeks looking brand new. This is the kind of shop that restores your faith in the auto repair industry. I highly recommend Russ Ward.

It made everything feel super easy and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. Everyone there was great to deal with, from the front desk to the painters and the owner. Super friendly and professional all around.
